Our 4 inch cheesecakes weigh over one half pound and are good as an individual cake, to share with someone else, or to slice, match with other cheesecakes and put together a mini cheesecake sample plate.

We do not currently pre-slice our cheesecakes. This way you can cut them into as many, or few, slices as you want!
